"Joshua stands by his products and warranty. I bought 2 pieces of gym accessories from CFT. I had an issue with one of them a few months later and emailed him on Christmas Eve fully expecting not to hear back until after New Years. He emails me back a few hours laters saying he’ll ship a replacement the next business day. True to his word, he shipped a replacement the following Wednesday and when I received it, it was fabricated in a denser material. Great customer service. A friend of mine bought power rack crossmembers from CFT and the finish rivals that of major high end equipment manufacturers."

"Long story short I bought the old eco diesel that Josh built. From day one i have had problems with the rubber boots blowing off the intercooler pipes. So I have been ordering them from him for a while. We went on vacation the not even two month old boot blew. Fast forward to Florida, I called the company asking about overnighting it and the associate said they don’t do that and it would be there by Friday. Needless to say it was delivered the following Monday. They tried saying I entered the wrong zip which is incorrect considering i copied and pasted the address and zip from the air b&b. Which is funny because when i put it into the gps it took me straight there. But no i have no part or my money. I would definitely find a different place to purchase parts because it’s basically a 50/50 if you get your parts or if you get robbed."

"I wish I had googled this place before I trusted the "experts" on Facebook. Guy sold me this and it did not fit so I trimmed the end off of it to make it stop stripping out the threads on my engine and he said that voids the warranty and I cannot return it. Oh and he never got back to me after multiple attempts until I went public on a Facebook forum claiming he was on vacation. This shop is a fraud. Don't trust your 50k plus truck to a hack. If you are unhappy with the product you are stuck with it and if you complain on Facebook he will behave like a child."
