F45 Training Rockhill

"Avoid this location...Great workouts, great trainers however their cancelation process is misleading. After canceling, I was told I'd have another 30 days to use the services. They then billed me 3 days later...I then got billed yet again 30 days after that. After messaging them and the owner Greg to alert them to the extra charge frequently and not getting a sufficient reply and a disconnected call...I advised via text that I'd be going up to the location if i didn't hear back in a few days. I finally went up to the location in between a class when it was quiet for an hour to get some insight. The trainer there seemed annoyed and combative that I was there, she did not want to confirm the owner's number or email with me saying she didn't have it...but when she looked through her phone she had my name and email saved ironic...but not her boss (why lie?). After I pointed out the oddity in that scenario she walked me to the door. I found that to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. I finally got with Greg, who then said he was doing me a favor by extending the class because I mentioned I was traveling...to which I said it is not a favor if I am still paying for it...it's a bit laughable at this point. It's a poor cancelation model, he could have easily said the cancelation takes 60 days and I would have known what to expect. Due to the lack of accountability or simple apology and rude behavior, I'll be taking matters into my own hands. Just here to warn others and hopefully the cancelation policy will change with this feedback."

"So I found out about F45 on a IG ad and clicked on it and signed up for a 3 day free trail back in April. I absolutely loved the atmosphere, the staff(trainers), the many functional workout stations. I signed up to become a member and I’ve been so pumped and excited to come to every session. This would be my 10th workout as of today with F45. I’ve learned various new workouts I’ve never done before and the people are so friendly, we all are there motivating and uplifting each other. The workout music is diverse and it definitely gets you going and energized. Best decision I made and it becomes addicting after a couple sessions, you feel accomplished."

"The trainers are great and personable so the issue isn’t with them or the workouts. Essentially if you cancel, know that you’ll have to get your bank involved. I got in writing my cancel date via email (after emailing the main account and the admin account twice)also shouldn’t have to do that) and I’m still being charged. I’ve flagged it for a dispute with my bank but it should not be this difficult to not be charged when my account had a set end date. I skipped calling again as it didn’t seem to work based on other reviews. Stick to drop ins (non -recurring) or find another establishment. This is bad business to have to get banks involved."

"Love F45 Rockhill! Was hesitant to start so I opted for a limited membership. After one month I loved the trainers, workouts, gym and community feel so much I switched to unlimited. The feeling after a workout at this F45 is unmatched!"
