"I've had the good fortune to take private lessons from Natalie for 3 years. She is strong, considerate of my age (75) limitations but, as an RN she's quite knowledgeable about my issues with scoliosis to the point of joining me at my PTs office and speaking and learning from her. "I love coming to the studio! I was not sure if pilates would be for me due to restricted hip and ankle movement. I am a physical therapist who knows movement, but likes trying new things and feeling healthy challenge. I look forward to my pilates sessions twice a week. Natalie and Nicole have great movement correction and monitoring. I recommend seeing either for top notch proprioceptive training as they align sessions with YOUR goals and regularly monitor your muscle activation and ask about any symptoms. Additionally, training breathing patterns is SO important for many physical and mental health reasons! You will definitely feel stronger, more movement aware, have less stress, and feel accomplished during your sessions!"
"I have been working with Natalie and her staff for a few months. My goal was to gain enough strength to allow me to put off knee replacement surgery for another year. It's working. Yesterday I moved my daughter to her 3rd floor apartment. I climb those stair probably 20 times hauling boxes and furniture. I would says she helped meet my goal plus some.
