"The Galena public library is a wonderful library. If you need a book that is only available at another library within the system, all you have to do is ask a librarian to request it, or better yet, use your online account and it will be sent to the Galena public library and you'll be notified once it arrives. The staff has always been so helpful! When I moved to Galena I couldn't wait to get my library card and I'm so grateful each time I get to visit this beautiful library and pick up a book (or a stack of books). :-) Also, the children's program is a lot of fun!
