"Drove hours to cash out BEFORE they were closed and they refused to do it. No idea why everybody I encountered seemed to be okay with the employees prioritizing themselves over the customer. I've cashed out before. The excuse that it takes a long time or whatever these lazy people I encountered were using is nonsensical. I AM THE CUSTOMER AND YOUR POSTED HOURS SHOULD BE JUST THAT. If it means you walk out the door a little longer than 5 seconds after your shift is over, so be it. Everybody else on the planet does the same thing. But at FanDuel in Dubuque, that is not the case. Posted hours are not necessarily what they claim to be, and the employees are the priority, NOT the customer. If you have the ability, use a different sportsbook. Do not rely on this one, and nobody at the casino will make things right if they are on a sudden vacation, so don't bother hoping for a hierarchy to matter."
