Reviews
"They were doing some work and "forgot" to turn the water back on for our neighborhood and others in the area. When it was turned back on there was so much sediment in the line faucets and toilets either barley had any pressure or none at all. Upon calling I was just told well you should have got a door hanger explaining to take the screens off. I didn't not a single person in my neighborhood did. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could post the pictures of what our water looked like."
"They don't even deserve 1 star...great town, great park, great schools but the absolute worst water. Be prepared to not only pay the water department but also pay for a water softner. How they get away with this is criminal."
"Terrible, very hard water. Prepare to be itchy and buy a water softener."
"How do they charge for trash service and I don't have trash cans to put trash in. Absolutely the worst!!!!!"
"customer service was great, but they had the absolute worst public water I have ever had to deal with. It was not only extremely hard water, but it always tasted dirty, and ruined many of my pots and utensils."
