"Would be 5. Stars if it werent for all of the cancelled trips I've had with greyhound. It is one of the etter bus stops as youre never subject to being outside waiting. Theres a restaurant and vending & its kept pretty clean."
"Our most recent trip from St. Louis to Chicago was pretty disappointing. Delays resulted in a nearly 7 hour delay to board the train. I felt the depot staff was not very friendly, reassuring or even helpful. A couple announcements explaining the delays would have appreciated. Once on the train, that staff was somewhat better. A little longer access to food car would have been better preferable as well in light of the delay. But the train had spacious, comfortable seating and the rates are affordable"
"Bathrooms too small and nasty. The seat on bus to close i'm on 5' knee tight to front seat. Bath on bus even smaller. Was told by driver only do number 1 not number2. (Sad) Seats on train coach comfy but thats all that was ok."
"The train ride was very scenic and enjoyable. Everyone working was very nice and helpful. However, the long term parking situation was confusing. Nobody was around to assist. I did not receive any tickets from machine telling the cost , the gates were locked when I returned and was not sure how to get inside to get my vehicle, so I pressed the help button and finally it opened. My concern is that it would open for anyone. Which leads me to the next issue, as I was leaving the gated area, a man approached asking for money. The machine was acting up again and I had to press the help button, just all very nerve wracking. Nobody else was around and it was in the middle of the afternoon. More security and some person needs to be available in this area which is about a block away from the station."
