Welcome to Mercy Health Foundation Southeast, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of healthcare for the residents of Southeast Missouri. Located at 1849 Broadway Street, Cape Girardeau, Missouri, our foundation plays a pivotal role in supporting Mercy Hospital Southeast, formerly known as SoutheastHEALTH. Through the generosity of our donors, we extend the hospital's healing ministry, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care is accessible to everyone in our community.

Our Impact

Over the past five years, thanks to our donors, we have accomplished significant milestones:

- Cancer Care Support: We've provided over $708,000 for early diagnostics and patient support during their cancer journey.

- Healthcare Scholarships: More than $183,000 has been awarded in scholarships to individuals pursuing careers in healthcare.

Our Programs

- HeartStrong Fund: Enhances cardiovascular care with advanced technologies and services, offering innovative treatment options for heart conditions.

- Strides for Diabetes Fund: Provides education and counseling for individuals living with diabetes, fostering self-care and disease management.

- Hospice Grace Fund: Offers compassionate care for those in the final stages of a terminal illness, ensuring services are provided regardless of financial status.

- Regional Patient Care Fund: Assists low-income patients with financial support for health care services, including transportation and medication needs.
