"06/25/ postman delivered my package across the street the neighbors brought it back across the street but it was stolen? So I in turn came to the post office and the current supervisor had an extreme attitude, about the delivery brought out the actual postman and still no accountability for his mistake not mine because apparently I don't get packages at all but, the neighbors across the street do so he decided to leave it there! As I was told by the trash supervisor and the incompetent postal worker. But still no accountability I have taken a loss on a 75$ surveillance camera because of his direct incompetence."

"If I could give zero stars then I would. Made an appointment for passports just for them to call me 30 mins before my appointment to tell me they canceling it. Smh. Only way I got an explanation is because I asked “WHY!” And the lady said a worker is out for 2 weeks smh. This is ridiculous. People trying to travel and the post offices are no help as in getting passports at all. Smh. Gotta do better"

"I wanted to give 0 stars. Only ONE person was working...a rude older female worker. She had burgundy braids and wears a lot of gold jewelry. Yall probably know who I'm talking about. Terrible stank attitude. Karma is real."

"This location sucks tbh. The ladies at the counter are kinda rude & have bad attitudes. They also never have things that are needed to send priority mail off the proper way. I went in twice to have my mail switched over from Arizona and they tried to rush me out the way to help the next customer. I had to verify my identity twice and mail is still going to my old address. After the second time revalidating my identity they denied it & told me to contact everybody im getting mail from to have them forward anything manually. I explained to them I was dealing with an identity theft situation and they didn’t take that serious. I prefer to go closer to my job in Creve Coeur from now on. You need more workers at this location and preferably people who have better customer service."

"Went in and was told only 1 person handles new P.O. box set ups and she was on lunch by 2 other workers. Ok, understandable. Came back later. The lady was rude AF. As I am trying to *ask questions so I can understand what is needed* she just basically starts yelling at me that I need this specific form, which ok, great, that's the kind of information I am here to get, but damn, to just start basically yelling and belittling me because I don't immediately know what I need for a box? I was trying to ask her how to get the form, which again, if she would have listened for half a second, she would understand that I literally just arrived in state, have no printer, no means to print one, I don't even technically have an address, because I'm in a temporary living situation while I look for a house. I guess just don't be new, both to the area and to using a P.O. box, otherwise you get yelled at rather than helped. Lost a customer. Change of address will just wait until I buy a house, outside of the service area of this office."
