"When I need an ER I far prefer to go to Red Bud ER than anywhere else in the region. Rarely a wait to be seen and the team works very well together. Every ER doctor I've encountered has been very attentive and took the time to learn about and understand my complex situation. I have been seen there for life threatening complications - the ER doctor worked with me to develop a solid treatment plan with ample refills to keep me stable until I could get in with my specialists. Highly recommend."
"I went to this ER a couple of weeks ago for my anxiety and my heart (I was having a panic attack and my pulse was at 150; I’m 21 years old). Instead of being kind and helpful, i had to listen to the nurses make fun of me and my condition the majority of the time i was there. Anxiety is a serious issue and it affects many people, but those nurses don’t see it that way at all. I was actually physically shaking when i arrived and at one point i needed to use the restroom. While i was in the bathroom, i heard them laughing and making comments about me. One nurse was actually supposed to come and get me from the restroom and I heard the one of the other nurses say, “hey aren’t you supposed to get her”, but this woman instead said something along the lines of, “she can do it herself” then proceeded to cackle more. I’ve honestly never felt more embarrassed in my life and i’ve done some really embarrassing things. They made me feel horrible and I would honestly rather die than go to that ER again."
"I’ve been to this ER twice myself and once for my husband. If you just want something quick, that they are, but the ER doctors are some of the most callus and brusque doctors I’ve ever come across (and I’ve been to ERs across the country). This last visit insured I will never go back. I went for bleeding and pain during pregnancy, had a few test done, and was released, but as I was being released I was informed that I MIGHT be having a miscarriage and to follow up with an OB…. After the doctor berated me for not doing an internal ultrasound without explaining why it was so important after I had had horrible experiences with it, but that didn’t matter to him. I went straight to another hospital ER from there."
"Don't bother if you are having cardiac issues. They will diagnose you with vertigo and send you out the door. Save yourself the time and go to a bigger hospital"
