"These people were supposed to come to my Mom's apartment to work with her post-discharge. They came once or twice and just stopped showing up. Three weeks later, they call with some made up story about the environment being bad and they didn't want to come back. Well, fine...but why are you calling me? These are some of the most unprofessional and low quality healthcare professionals I've ever seen in any setting. They made some incorrect assumptions and created an entire narrative about why they stopped showing up, then call everyone except my Mom to tell her why they haven't shown up in the last three weeks. They are unreliable, unprofessional, judgmental older women who clearly don't understand how to communicate appropriately."
