"I will never go to Dr Harris again. I am on a medication which requires I go in every three months. In January, Dr Harris cancelled my appointment the day before it was scheduled. When I came in to the office I was told my appointment had been cancelled and the doctor was working from home. Luckily I was able to do a zoom call with her that day. In April, at my next appointment, I was called early in the morning and told my appointment was once again cancelled and I would need to reschedule. I told the woman I needed this appointment to get my medication. I was able to do a zoom call with Dr Harris again. In July, I had an appointment that I was called and told was cancelled due to Dr Harris going on vacation. I rescheduled the appointment for two weeks later but sadly had to call and cancel it due to work and I was unable to reschedule at that time. Fast forward to September and I go in for my annual check up. The doctor refused to refill the medication because I did not follow up with the July appt which is my fault. However she refused to refill it at all. She asked why I had not gone to the psych she had referred me to. When I told her about my insurance costs and how much simple procedures cost me, her fix to the situation was to tell me to “get a new job”. She seems like she doesn’t want me to be her patient, so I simply won’t be."

"This Dr. is the rudest, most inconsiderate person I have ever met. In the one time I went into the office, I was cornered and forced to give extremely upsetting details of past abuse for her to say it 'wasn't that bad', this including having my throat partially slit by the abuser. I was then told that my name was not my 'real name' despite the fact I signed in with my State ID. She and her office regularly neglected to refill my medications, often times for over a week, causing serious medical problems that will be brought up with both the director of the office and the medical board. Dr. Harris should not in any way be allowed to practice medicine. My current Dr. is implementing a recovery process due to the sheer amount of neglect from Dr. Harris. On top of all that, when I did go into the office, the desk people were blatantly mocking patients, calling them fat, slobs, and other slurs that cannot be written on Google. Do not allow this woman to be your or anyone you knows Dr. I have been prescribed blatantly incorrect medication for YEARS due to her ineptitude. I highly recommend that BJC reconsider this woman as a practitioner under their name, and that the medical board reconsider her medical license before she kills someone."

"I have delivered to this office and the front desk workers multiple times. Each time I have 'interrupted' the front desk openly mocking patients that have left the waiting room. I have heard multiple slurs, including the N word and the R word, used to describe other patients. Miss Harris has participated in these 'jokes', throwing in making fun of patients for 'acting like they are a girl when they aren't'. An absolute disgrace of a Doctor and Doctors Office. I suggest WebMD before listening to these bigoted so-and-sos. If you use this Doctor, I urge you to find another one."

"This place was the worst. I showed up 10 minutes early. I’m a new patient so I wasn’t sure what to do. I walked through the door and no one said hello may I help you so I didn’t know what to do but sit down. I sat in plain sight of the front desk so they could see me and they saw me when I walked in. I saw other people come through the door and they greeted them. So I sat and waited 30 minutes I finally asked about my appointment and they said oh we have you as a no show because you didn’t check in. The whole time I’m the only one sitting there they never asked if they could help me. I did an online check in and I thought that was all I had to do. I had never been there before."

"I have been trying to get into the doctor for 5-6 months now. Everytime it starts to get close, the doctor decides to reschedule or cancel on me. I have never had this problem with any doctor or physician in the past. The first time was rescheduled two days before my appointment, second time was cancelled a month before my appointment. I needed a new physician as I have moved into Madison County; however, I feel this is extremely unprofessional on how I was treated as a new patient. I'm just looking for healthcare."
