"I saw Mariah Wagner and she was wonderful! However, whoever deals with their office handlings needs improvement, like A LOT. I went in for a blood test 2 weeks ago, told me it would be a week before I got my results, received a message that they had them and told me to log into a portal, but when I tried it said I wasn’t a patient, so I called the office MULTIPLE TIMES and received no answer, left messages to have them call me back and NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. So it’s week 3 since I was there and I STILL don’t have my test results. It’s really insane to me that this is how they operate, can’t even be bothered to return calls nor do they answer the phone regardless of the time of day you call. The doctor 5 stars, the office clerks, zero."

"I like the office and the medical staff but the clerical side is sub par. A human will not answer the phone. If you need anything at all you have to leave a message - to make an appointment, pay a bill, have a question about a bill - you leave a message and wait hours sometimes days for a call back. I’ve had to drive up there in order to get a situation straightened out. Because of this I switched my medical care to a different clinic. Sad."

"I have had awesome experiences with Mariah Wagner/Dr.Kalaher. I started going here a few years back because of the great reviews for Dr.Kalaher. They are very attentive/will address your needs promptly. I am switching to a different PCP because the office is so hard to get a hold of anyone or a call back. You physically have to go to the office to get ahold of anyone and hope the person at the front desk is in a hood mood. They turn the phone line off/on 30min before due time and it will send you to the emergency line. I have had to leave a msg with the emergency line before to get a hold of someone in the office. They use to have a portal where you could send msgs through to your dr but that has been disabled. It is not good when you have to go the office just to make appointments/talk to a staff member after you have called/left voicemails multiple times with no call back. Their bedside manner is top tier and I will miss that"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. I originally had a 7am appointment. Arrived at 6:45am “missed my appointment “ bc since address stated 101 I parked on the wrong side of the parking lot. Address is actually 140. Called to make sure I was In The right spot but of course they do not answer their phones. I was directed to an emergency line. Finally realized office is 140 and not 101 at 7:26am I was told that I could not be seen bc I was late. I explained that I had been in the parking lot since 6:45am where the address shows 101 but they just denied me. I asked if I would have to make another appointment. They said “yes” I was extremely frustrated and left the office. I waited a few days to make an appointment. In the matter of 2 weeks I called 6 times bc no one ever answers the phone. I called at different times of the day. I was always directed to a voicemail (left 4 on different days) so I decided to drive up to the office to make my appointment instead was told I was “dropped” as a client bc I missed my original appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL."
