Welcome to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, also known as St. Stephen’s & the Vine, a vibrant and inclusive place of worship located at 33 North Clay Avenue in Ferguson, Missouri. For over 120 years, our church has been a cornerstone of the community, offering a welcoming space to all, regardless of background or beliefs. Our faith not only nourishes our spirits but also encourages us to support and uplift each other.

Join us every Sunday for Bible Study at 9:00 A.M. and Holy Eucharist at 10:00 A.M. We also offer Morning Prayer on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 8:00 A.M. Whether you are a long-time member or a first-time visitor, we invite you to become part of our diverse and growing family.

For any inquiries or assistance, feel free to contact our office at (314) 521-0138 during our administrative hours: Monday from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., and Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

"We come here for music lessons with the Strings Attached program. Mr Steve is wonderful with kids, really knows his stuff with regard to stringed instruments, and is really patient and understanding with my kid so I assume the same is true for his other students. The entrance for the SA program is down a stairwell and not really accessible for those with mobility equipment or difficulty with stairs. The sidewalk is sometimes a little muddy and wet when the weather is rainy, cut there are obvious efforts being made to help alleviate that."

"Great community of people, really trying to make a difference in individual and community lives. They work hard to bring people together in so many ways. Generously offer space for programs, host monthly free community meals to bring people together, and have a hard-working crew that runs a food pantry twice a week. The heart of this church is sincere."

"I've never been to a service here I only go there when an organization that I'm working with host their event in the fellowship hall. This is a lovely church, it's a very good location in Ferguson, they have excellent Audio Visual and sound mechanisms to allow a meeting to go smoothly and have an additional dimension. I have been to this location several times and the staff is always lovely and willing to be helpful and accommodating us and whatever we need. And that is why I like this place so much. Also the fellowship hall was added on to the church and is new space and very modern with an excellent kitchen facility. Good place for wedding reception or just a meeting of your organization."

"While we are not members of the church, my family participates in many activities at St. Stephen's. My son has been taking guitar lessons for over 5 years through the Strings Attached program. He's had an opportunity to record in a studio, he's earned a free electric guitar, and he's grown into a fine young musician under the direction of Steve Housewright. The church has opened its doors to our homeschool group to conduct weekly classes and activities. They have partnered with Circus Harmony to host free circus classes for area youth. We enjoy attending the monthly Clay Cafe (Peace Meal) for a delicious meal available to anyone in the community. We are fortunate and grateful for all that St. Stephen's provides for us and our community ."
