"What out for this municipality, they are enforcing the law to the advantage of funds/profit for there division. Unconstitutional and inhumane. They force you to cause traffic obstructions by intimidating you in unmarked cars, then unruly intimidation with holding there guns as they walk to your car. (Specially officer brooks). Watch out for them. I hope more people speak up.!"
