"Its two girls that work here both got like a dark brown hair color, I don't like the service . No greeting when I walk in , no thank you no nothing and i’m pretty sure it doesn't cost to get ice nor do it cost to get water but every time I ask if they have a water cup they LIE and say they don’t but I just seen a girl walk out with a water cup like 10 minutes later and the girl even said she got it from the girl at subway I don’t know but I would not be shopping here no more or anything because why buy the cup to just get water in there ? I might as well buy it for some soda or something .. just lost a customer"
"Came in with a coupon to buy a combo. Was not notified until checkout that they don't accept coupons. I had presented the combo coupon and was not asked whether I wanted a combo; they charged me for just the sandwich, and I didn't realize until it was too late. I then asked if they could sell me a combo and sub a milk for the drink. The best option would have been to refund the sandwich and re-charge me with the combo. They did not, and insisted I could not substitute the drink and needed to buy a milk separately (the coupon clearly states bottled drinks can be subbed for an extra charge). While we were having this discussion, they had already pushed the option to accept payment and my card was still in the reader, so I got charged for a fountain drink I didn't want. My total cost was double what it should have been. The staff expressed an apology for the problem, but they certainly seemed more concerned with closing the transaction than making sure they understood my order. I also asked twice for a little mayo on my sandwich, and it was layered on thick. If the operator reads this, you ought to have at least two signs at either end of the counter declaring your refusal to accept legitimate franchise coupons and train your team how to resolve a mistake on a transaction. Unbelievable."

"I am pretty sure the meat and cheese were sliced thinner here and any other subway I have been to previously. They also aren't taking coupons due to "labor issues and food prices". Umm.. you're a franchise. That's part of the deal. I will not be back."
"Ordered online to pick up for my lunch break. Got there right as they were finishing bagging my order up. Told them I was picking ip my order and gave them my name and told them what sandwich I had ordered. Was handed my food then as I was getting my drink I was told to confirm my meal, three times. The two girls were giving me side eyes the whole time. Felt very unprofessional and I will never order there again. Was not the first time I had issues here. I have waited in line for nearly 5 minutes while I was ignored so the two behind the counter could talk."
