"He is a consulting doctor for a popular manufacturing automotive manufacturing company in Missouri and appears to be drunk and physically unkept (wrinkled clothes, poor appearance). He seems like he is ignoring all of my husband’s doctors records and medical issues and just wants to put him back to work hurt. He also keeps putting him off at 1-week intervals. I looked up his Missouri medical licenses and didn’t find anything (active or non-active). I did find his Illinois license active until 07/2020. I also found his disciplinary action from 2011 in IL. I noticed he has an active medical practice in St. Louis, and I’m not sure if he is legally able to practice medicine in Missouri."

"Dr. Gupta is one of the most caring AND knowledgeable physicians that I have known. He gives a personal touch to each patient and he does not make patients wait weeks to get in for an appt. He is down to earth with a sincere heart and is ready to hear his pts as well as help them. Some patients if they do complain (human nature) its funny that they just keep coming back to him as a patient. That speaks volumes and he is available 24/7."

"Worst experience with a doctor that I've ever had. AVOID this doctor, his business is one malpractice away from closing down. What I saw was horrid... very unprofessional staff, didn't bother to verify my insurance or even ask. The HIPAA compliance forms were full of errors and out of date and misspelled word after misspelled word. worst of all was how all of the patient's records were being kept out in the open it seemed nothing was digital and that every patient's folder was on the wall easily accessible to anyone. I waited for 2 and a half hours while patient after patient were seen shortly after signing in. After finally seeing the doctor he spent less than two minutes with me and told me that he lost his DEA license and could only write prescriptions for over the counter medicines not even insulin. His practice is a joke, his patient confidentiality practices and business model are abhorrent. Upon abruptly leaving, they made sure that I scheduled a one week follow-up appointment as I clearly overheard that every other patient also scheduled a one-week follow-up appointment.... If you want to be sold snake oils or other Kickback Medical fraudery he is the guy for you... absolute waste of time, stay away from Dr gupta. His practice is on its last leg and it shows. GO ANYWHERE but here. Hopefully my review will save anyone looking to establish Primary Care by going elsewhere."

"The waiting room and reception "area" was extremely disorganized and cluttered. Paint was literally pealing off the walls. Staff was not polite or friendly in any way. Halfway through my initial assessment with the physician's assistant, the doctor himself interrupted to speak with the physicians assistant... He did not introduce himself during the interruption. He was rude to me the entirety of the visit. I will never return. If your looking for a doctor and your on the Illinois Medical Card and your looking for a less than mediocre experience thats your place."

"Average/mediocre doctor with very poor office management. His social skills are poor and will talk about you in the third person directly in front of you, not making any sort of greeting or eye contact, ignoring your presence completely. Office staff are overwhelmed and unprofessional. Often high wait times and confusion about whether anyone has taken vitals. Never returned repeated phone calls and voicemail. Gupta asks you to come back with more frequency than is actually necessary."
