"Greeted quickly and taken back to the room right away, did not have to wait over two minutes for the nurse practitioner . He explained the procedure and was quick about it. My only problem was that he wanted me to get aquaphor to keep the area soft instead of my Vaseline. The aquaphor is basically the same thing. I’m not very ambulatory and he said the pharmacy should be able to get it for me to the drive through. When I asked them at CVS, they said that was otc in Schnucks and they couldn’t do that. So I had to wait for my daughter to get it later that night . So far no problems at home."
"The day of the appointment the front desk woman was on her cell phone and took a minute to even acknowledge that someone was standing there. A large amount was due at the first appointment & no real explanation was provided about why. She then shoved her face back into her cell phone after handing over the paperwork. The doctor rushed through the appointment and didn't even address my real concerns or questions. Then when I was trying to call to ask a question about picking up my sleep study and about cost, I called for two weeks with no answer and no way to leave a message. Needless to say I won't be doing the study or ever returning to this very unprofessional office."
