"The lady with the dreads working at 12:30 on 8/22/2024 is so rude and lazy. She had an attitude because she has to scan packages that’s literally your job. No hello how are you no goodbye nothing"

"As soon as I walked in I saw a gentleman customer stool in front of counter was waiting for service then I was waiting in the line just two of us. The Clerk seemed to ignore us at least 5-7 minutes. She just walked to the back and walked to the front back & forth pretending she was busy with all the boxes people dropped in and not even wanted to look at us. I finally couldn’t stand it and asked her “ excuse me, is anyone working here?” She didn’t even want to look at me and did not want to answer me. Then suddenly she's showing a hostile face and stared at me wish the poking eyes. I said why you looked at me like that? She said I did that to her. I said I l read something ahead of me, not even want to look at her. Then she started jumping around with her short curly hairs starting yelling at me & dancing with her arm and hand gestures and crazy harassment me in the front of that guy. I asked her what was her name? She wouldn’t disclose it. I said to her I’d like to see her supervisor. She said she was a supervisor. Then I saw another USPS worker just walked in. I asked her what’s your supervisor’s name she said if her supervisor wouldn’t disclose it she’s afraid of to let me know it. I was blown my mind to see this horrible, US government employee to treat the customer like that. No wonder so many bad reviews were in the website for this Brentwood location. but I’m wondering why this lady still has job? I swear I’m ready to report this incident to US postal Office Inspected General."

"I've found they never open on time at this location and the customer service is rough. It's a pretty cushy job to be rude to people trying to keep the USPS open. It's simple: follow the times posted on your schedule and don't give customers attitude right away."

"I seriously don't know how the lady at the front desk still has a job after all the reviews posted about her I am sure we are all referring to the same person. I walked in with another woman and she saw us walk in. She was on her phone and went into the back to finish her personal conversation. Then when she decides to work she is not friendly at all. She refused to print me a label for my package unless I sent it out priority. I explained to her I have shipped dozens of packages before without having a label and they have been printed for me by simply putting in the address and she refused to help me. She had an attitude the entire time and when I asked her name she refused to give it to me & she wasn't wearing a name badge. As I was leaving she said "I wish you would." Now you're threatening the customers? I don't see how that's acceptable."

"Please do something about this PO !! There is one wonderful older woman and a younger horribly awful woman that work there !! This is the PO that all of Brentwood has to use and they decide what their hours will be ! I went in the week before Easter to mail an Easter box. There were 3 people ahead of me, that’s when the only cashier decided she was going to take a break! 10 minutes later she’s back and with an attitude !!!!!."
