"Another location gave me the wrong prescription for my contacts and i bought a year supply. I feel like i should be compensated or given free contacts since this was a big miss by the company. However Brentwood location was very nice and took care of me. Doesn’t change how i feel about the contacts but it wasn’t Brentwood’s fault. I appreciate them getting the prescription right this time!"

"Horrible experience. Spent 25 minutes trying to figure out authorization for my insurance because another Clarkson Eyecare authorized it for a canceled appointment two weeks ago. Why is this even done? Finally figured it out and then told me they couldn't see me because I missed my appointment time. Will not return."
