"I have been seeing Dr. Rummel since May, I’m still in pain and can’t use my left hand much. If I pick items up with it something pulls in my wrist and feels like it is going to snap. My hand between my first and second knuckle will swell up. My thumb will shoot pain to my wrist at times when I use it. I have a knot in the bottom of my wrist that comes and goes. There’s swelling since my wedding rings don’t fit still. I’m suppose to return to work Monday. How am I suppose to pack? I can’t lift stuff with it but I work 10 hour shifts. I have emailed Maddison last Wednesday Aug 2nd she said she was gonna talk to Rummel Friday the 4th. Friday came and gone got no reply so I emailed her back. Of course no reply. So I called August 9th her reply to me was I’ll call you back by the end of today. Rummel said there was nothing else. My reply was was how is there nothing else how is a wrist fine when there is swelling and can’t be used! Maddison recommended an MRI 2x but I had to see Rummel 2x for him to tell me it’s fine wait a couple months. Something isn’t right I can tell. Here it is 3 months later and still not better if not worse than day 1! It’s now August 10th 6:30 no reply. I even left her a message at 10:30am this morning. Her voicemail said if you leave a message after 4pm I’ll return tomorrow it was be 4pm where is my call! It seems like they just don’t care about their patients. Update 1/22 been seeing a new doctor since Aug when Rummel said my wrist was fine. i have done cortisone shots and physical therapy. My last shot gave me great relief. But unfortunately had to go back this past week due to it bothering me again. I got my last cortisone shot that I can if it doesn’t help I’ll be needing de quervain's surgery. I’m hoping that’s not the case. So I’d definitely watch out for this doctor he doesn’t seem to care about his patients. Least I finally found one that actually helped a know something is wrong."
"I absolutely love Dr. Rummel he is funny, thorough, and knows what he is talking about. You don’t find many excellent Doctors these days he is truly one of a kind and he loves to teach you while he is explaining what he found and what can be done. He has done several successful surgical procedures on me and I am absolutely grateful for this Doctor. Thank you for being so patient, friendly, funny and helpful! You’re an incredible person and Provider."
"I had a freak accident that left me with a completely cut flexor tendon in my right hand. This happened over 4th of July weekend so getting in to anyone was impossible. I left a message with Dr. Rummel’s office and they got me in as soon as they could. He was very honest with me about my need for surgery and quickly. I saw him on a Friday and I had surgery on Tuesday. He was so nice and caring and put me totally at ease. It turns out that I will probably need surgery again for an issue that has nothing to do with Dr. Rummel and I would not have anyone else do it but him. If you ever need a hand or wrist doctor, make him your first call! He is the best!!"
"I fell while rollerblading and hours later my wrist, fingers and arm were throbbing and in intense pain. I called Signature thinking there’d be no way I could get in on a Friday afternoon. The call went to voicemail so I left a message and prayed. Within minutes they called me back and I was in the office by 3:30pm. Upon my arrival the staff and Dr. Rummel took every precaution and made extreme effort to help in alleviating my pain and providing comfort. An hour later on a Friday afternoon, I was heading home with a beautiful purple cast, much less pain and instructions not to rollerblade in my cast. I am grateful and thankful."
"It was my first appointment with Dr. Rummel and he couldn’t have been nicer. He was funny, knowledgeable and kind. Everything you’re looking for in a doctor. I highly recommend him for anything joint/wrist related."
