"While I am tremendously happy to have access to them. I feel I should not have to be berated for calling them. I needed them twice. I couldn't breathe either time. I wound up being admitted both times. I had covid pneumonia which sent me into a potentially deadly heart rhythm. The 2nd time I used them I heard the driver running his mouth the entire 8 miles to the hospital, about why I should have called my pcp. My question is if you can't breathe are you supposed to wait for the Dr to call back. The hospital got 13 pounds of fluid off of me. They have no business scolding anyone. they are in the wrong profession if they want to judge people. I know there are people who abuse the system, I AM NOT ONE OF THEM"
"Had an emergency, went to urgent care....URGENT CARE CALLED THE AMBULANCE then I am billed $900.00. I called and let them know I wasn't the person to call for transport and they said I signed the release for transport. I know ambulance cost a ton so I INTENTIONALLY avoided calling. So they expect you to think, stop and sort your thoughts in the midst of an emergency and ask for the the release to refuse transport. (nobody offered the refuse release) Instead of them figuring it out with urgent care I am slapped with this bill. way to not help people!"
"awesome guys, we had a weird smell and they came out."
