"Normally this is a great store. Not today. Son bought a $100 Goole Play gift card. It was supposedly activated. It wasn't. They will not refund or replace it. Called their gift card subscription department only to be hung on 4 times. Called Google support only to get a recording that's says they are shorthanded due tomcovid and call the store it was bought from. Tried to activate it online only to be told they need more info, fill out the form, attach pics of card and receipts and it will be weeks for then to get back to you. Called Walgreens only to be told it will be 7-14 days to get a refund. Totally not acceptable. Totally not good customer service with Walgreens corporate or with Google. Moral of story, don't waste your money on Google play giftcards from Walgreens."
