"I always try to fly Southwest because of the prices they offer and the smaller airports they fly into. However, I am not a fan of their boarding. Unless I pay for early boarding it's impossible to get an A boarding pass. That would be the one thing that should change. The employees are always friendly and helpful, plus when some of them joke around I find it very funny."
