"Awful The absolute worst. We wanted to give him a chance based on the not-so-great reviews. The appointment was for my husband, who is speech impaired from a stroke. When he walked in, he took a seat with his back to me and faced towards the desk. He didn’t even have the decency to look at my husband, and I literally talked to the back of his head and neck during the entire time we were in the exam room. He had nothing to offer, NOTHING. When we were leaving, my husband reached out to shake his hand and he just looked away and dismissed him. I wouldn’t take a cockroach to this horrible so called “doctor.” Don’t waste your time. The worst."

"I started seeing Dr usry a little over a year ago. Absolutely loved him and everyone in the practice. I've noticed over the last 6+ months that he pays less attention to problems I'm talking to him about and getting someone on the phone is next to impossible. Today I had to call with an urgent matter regarding my mom. I left a message this morning waiting until after lunch, still no call back so I called again. Got disconnected 3 times. I finally left a message with the receptionist. At 5 pm this evening I finally get a call back from the office manager. Who instead is trying to help me decides to lecture me on the "burden" I cause the office for calling multiple times. Also informing me that they can't even help me anyways. Well geez perhaps a call several hours ago would have helped me get the help I needed in a much more timely fashion. Also, Julie, maybe you should have taken into consideration that I called multiple times because your office is my mother's primary care dr and you should ALWAYS be a patients first line of help. I'll not be back and would not recommend this practice to anyone until they get back to the way they were a year or so ago. Very saddened by the events today and the last several visits."

"So the reception staff here is very nice, and I have never met EITHER doctor even though I have been here a total of three times now. They are apparently always too busy even when booking appointments a month in advance. My issue here is with the assistants, the girls who take your weight, bp and stats before the practitioner (or doctor) sees you. They are always very cold, and seem unhappy/disinterested. I just never feel very welcome at this office, and will be finding a new doctor because of that."
