"I don’t usually make reviews but I don’t want anyone to make the same mistake I did and continue to see her. She has little to no bedside manner, she does not spend any time with her patients. Told her multiple times that I felt like there was something wrong with me and that I don’t feel comfortable in my body, she then continuously told me that I need to be put on birth control, said that nothing would get better if I wasn’t put on the IUD. I also had gotten my implant in my arm for my birth control and while she was doing it she rushed the whole time and was on the phone. She then told me that I was morbidly obese and that I needed to eat less. As someone that has body issues this mad me sick, she has forever made me scared to see doctors."

"Took my sister in to see her after an ER visit since our primary was out of the office. She took like zero time with us and made assumptions after I explained what happened at the ER and QMG walk-in. She did not take my sisters symptoms seriously nor listened to us and brushed us off like she had better things to do."

"Dr. Batra is rude and unprofessional. I saw her for a while and it first bothered me how she treated her nurses like they were useless. Then she started treating me poorly and talking to me disrespectfully. She also fat-shamed me."

"Dr. Batra could use a course in bed-side manner as well as not being so quick to make judgments without actual tests and examination. She often told my wife that her symptoms (irregular heartbeat and shortness of breath) were the result of anxiety and stress- turns out my wife was in heart failure with an ejection fraction of less than 10. Dr. Batra always seemed in a hurry to be somewhere else during appointments and didn’t often LISTEN- she’d cut us off while talking and/or talk over us. My wife now sees a cardiologist in Cleveland, OH due to how sick she actually was. Both my wife and I switched doctors shortly after she was diagnosed with left ventricular failure. I just recently got a call from Dr. Batra’s office (two years later) asking if I was coming in for an appointment as “Dr. Batra likes to check in with patients at least once a year.” This call reminded me I wanted to leave a review for this woman who almost killed my wife. I would give you less that one star, Dr. Batra, if I could. You are an awful doctor."

"She has been my doctor for 3 years now and makes me feel like my health is of the utmost importance to her and a priority as well. She’s never in a rush and so personable! I appreciate all she does for me and my family."
