CVS Pharmacy

"I know there are a very few of us out here that refuse to use a self checkout. I'm one of them. When asked if self check out was the only option I was told yes. I returned my items to the shelf & left. This was Sunday February 18th at 12:30pm. My Rx was filled by a real person so what could have been a higher rating was reduced to a 2"

"Everytime I go in to get items listed for sale in the weekly ad they never have it in stock. I have tried checking several times during the week but still nothing. It gets pretty aggravating especially when you can't use coupons with online purchases. as a side note I have tried to do really good deals online as well but they too were out of stock which just blows my mind. Why advertise a sale for something you don't even have two days into said sale? Looks like I should cancel my carepass since I don't use the free delivery option and just go to Walmart."

"The pharmacy manager acts like he knows everything and will not listen. He assured me that i was paying for 3 months worth of insulin for my son. He was just diagnosed right before i moved here. After paying for the medication and got home i saw how it was for only 1 month. I talked to him explain the issue how there is a sliding scale you also have to take depending on your blood sugar reading. He intrupted me and said he knows how a sliding scale works. He had no care of the situation knowing it was not correct. I called the corporate office and basically got transfered to him. The corporate office and the pharmacy manager did not care at all and never got a call back from corporate as promised. The doctor that prescribed it cant help with the issue or talk to him because she is in a different state."
