"We rented 2-26 foot trailers and four 6 x 12 pull behind cost over $10,000 yes, I realize we went over our time returning the truck and trailer but you would think there would be some kind of lead way for the money that we spent. I also rented a storage unit in Springfield, Missouri and only used it for one week but was charged for a whole month plus hubby had to have the lock cut off. Because he lost the keys, his fault but that was another $237. I believe and feel like Uhaul is no longer in it for helping customer assistance. I feel like they have became over ending in Price plus we had to have a tire changed at our hotel, that took over four hours( of our time waiting) for them to get there and change it and turned out. It was two tires thank goodness the other guy brought another tire. I don’t understand why your service techs are so far away. The manager in Ga was very pissy and had a bad day and took it out on us. Steven was the one we spoke with and said it was no problem to bring the trucks back and he would take care of it. Instead was charged another $175."

"I wont use any other facility. The management do all they can to assist me. I rebuild houses to sell and move alot. I was once stuck with a unit full of furnishings I'd have to load and unload by myself because I couldn't locate paid help, and I was under the medical restriction of no lifting over 15 pounds. I would have had to throw everything away because I'd just sold my home and hadn't located my next rebuild. The manager and his children helped me. When I finally gave up trying to find someone to give everything to, I was stuck with an overwhelming room full of things I did not need. The manager told me he and his wife and children regularly accepted donations from the community so they could set up a yard sell and selflessly donate all proceeds to local food banks and other charities. He took the entire burden off me."
"By far one of the BEST U-Haul locations I have ever been to. They have amazing customer service. The lady who works at this location is so helpful and knows what she is doing. Thank You so much!"
