"There is a man by the name of Don who was talking to everyone like they were idiotic children including one of his co-workers, basically talking to him in a degrading manner. His tone is abrasive and his approach needs lots of work. He told the coworker just do what I said then turned to me and says I know everything I've been here 30 years he's been here a few days. Maybe he used to work in the back or something but he sure should not be dealing with customers."

"They told me $10 to ship. Then charged $37. Then when package did not arrive, they told me I would have to wait 90 days to request inquiry or submit claim. But online it says I have to request inquiry before 90 days. So.. they scammed me on price on front end. Then tried to get me to miss my window of opportunity to file inquiry by making me wait past the deadline. And automated phone service would not give option to speak to an agent. Criminal organization."

My Max:

"I wanted to return a package to the seller. The seller sent me a digital USPS label to my cell phone. The rude postal person tells me that I can’t scan that you have to print it out. I can’t help you. It clearly states if you google the information that the postal service can scan the digital label and that all post offices are equipped to do this. I stood in line for 20 minutes for this. One worker had to keep getting help to do their job. Frustrated, I took the package to UPS just to get the darn packaged mailed and off my hands. I mentioned what I went through with the post office and the UPS guy said, “ the postal people are just lazy!” The UPS store took my phone … scanned the label … and had my package outgoing in under 10 minutes. From here on out … it’s UPS FOR ME!"
