We offer specialized programs such as "Balance," designed to help older adults reduce the fear of falling and enhance their activity levels. Join us every Monday and Wednesday from 10:15 am to 10:45 am for this empowering program.
Our Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase III program caters to individuals with cardiac and pulmonary conditions, enhancing strength, endurance, and overall wellness. Participants who have completed Phase II can exercise independently under the supervision of our fitness specialists. Regular monitoring of heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation ensures a safe and effective workout. A physician’s referral is required to join.
For those living with Parkinson's disease, our "Delay the Disease" program offers supervised exercise sessions designed to delay physical symptoms. Led by a fitness specialist, this program includes tailored stretching and exercises, with modifications made as you progress. Classes are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 1:50 pm.
We also host a Parkinson Support Group every third Thursday of the month at 2:00 pm in the BlackHawk Room. This supportive community gathering features guest speakers who are advocates or specialists in Parkinson's disease, providing valuable insights and connections.
Our Wellness Gym, strength room, and training areas are equipped with modern, comfortable, and dynamic fitness equipment to meet your diverse needs, whether you're focused on strength training, rehabilitation, or physical therapy. We offer unique classes such as the Pilates Reformer, which utilizes springs and ropes for a comprehensive workout that strengthens and stabilizes the core. Please note that there is a fee for this class, and non-members are welcome to participate.

"Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Clean, well kept facility. I've been going weekday mornings to use the gym and pool for a little over two months now. Occasionally, my visits to the gym are around noon or shortly after. I have noticed there aren't as many people on the equipment during those times. Regardless, I've never had to wait for a machine. The flooring in the pool area needs replaced/repaired. Other than that, very clean and kept at a comfortable temperature."
