"To the travel nurse who roomed me, you deserve 5/5 stars. I went into the walk-in clinic with a fever of 101°F, Body aches, sore throat, etc. This was the 5th day and I've continued to get worse. The physician who saw me did not do a strep test or anything besides tell me "your nose is swollen and you have drainage. You have allergies". I explained to her that I don't have allergies and-while I understand people can develop allergies later in life-i'm a nurse, I work with sick kids, and I know it isn't allergies because it's going around the kids I work with right now. She told me "yes, it's allergies. The big wind that blew in made everyone get sick. Take Claritin from now until Thanksgiving". I was livid. She was incredibly dismissive and apparently unwilling to use any sort of common sense. I'd avoid at all costs unless it's your last resort. My best friend just had a very similar experience with her recently and I've heard from several others in the community that this particular staff member is known for this type of thing. Went somewhere else today- immediate strep test... and guess what? I'm strep positive."

"I was treated awesome from the front staff, the nurse and the doctor. My Dr is out of town I didn't have time to go out of town as my symptoms hit me rather quick. I was treated and given a prescription within an hour. I will definitely utilize them again. A big Thank you shout out."

"Stephanie was amazing!!!! The nurse don't remember his name but he made Eli feel so comfortable. The other lady nurse was great too. The guy made him laugh and he had to get stitches on his foot. Just want to say thank you all for a great job done."

"Went to the urgent care facility on Sunday at 3:20pm, 40 minutes before they closed. I was the only car in the parking lot and the only person inside, and yet I was still turned away. She explained that they had lots of patients that day and had lots of paperwork to do. So I stated that they really weren't open until 4pm. She again tried to explain why they couldn't see me. So I again stated that they weren't really open until 4pm. Clearly frustrated now, she began talking and I just turned away and told her I would try again on Monday. Thankfully, I was able to see my own provider on Monday and they mentioned to me that I wasn't the first person that they have heard with a similar complaint."
