"Ben's Moving moved me on Nov. 7, 2022. His team damaged a mirror front side table. His team rushed me through paperwork and said, just call the office when you have the cost to repair the drawer front. So, I emailed once cost was available. Nov. 29. Never had any acknowledgement. Called them today, was told they would not pay for the repair $380 on an Ethan Allen mirror drawer front. Thanks Ben's. This was the 3rd time I had been a loyal customer. Well I am moving in about 4 weeks and won't use them again. Be sure to document damage and ask for the A team."
