"The personnel that I was in contact with were very friendly and helpful. My wait time was minimal while I was there. At this point in time, I have no complaints regarding Wentzville City Hall."
"If you’re buying a house in Wentzville city limits be very careful. You you see the basement has been finished. Call and make sure permits have been pulled before you move your family into a unsafe situation. And there has been a rough in inspection and a final inspection. This is a huge issue that’s going on right now in Wentzville. I called on a certain address that was done without any permits and they pretty much didn’t do anything about it. They went to the house after everything was done to try to inspect it. which you can’t inspect everything behind the walls. Long story short they went ahead and passed it like it was inspected proper. The contractor that did the work just moved onto the next address to do the same bad work…. One person should ask himself or herself why one would not pay the $60 or $80 fee to have the basement inspected. For some reason they’re letting the only thing they’re supposed to be policing go by. The reason for inspections is to make sure the public is safe!!"
"Wentzville Days was a blast. So nice to walk hear live bands and people watch. Kids were all having as much fun as a theme park without the cost. Nicely done City of Wentzville! Cannot wait for the new recreational center to open."
"Pulled many permits in many different cities and Wentzville is by far the most helpful. Great inspectors and plan reviewers - VERY informative, and great support staff as well. Hands down the best permit experience yet in the St. Louis area."
"I met with Doug, Jessica, and Charles today. They were very helpful and gave me great advice on how to obtain a conditional use permit in the historical district of Wentzville. This is my first time applying for a conditional use permit and I really appreciate how agreeable and helpful everyone was. Thank You"
