"Don't pay your copay here, wait for the bill. Was overcharged $5 and then Genesis billed me anyway, saying they had no record of my payment and that their accounts were "in balance" so I must have not paid anything. Took three months of waiting for Genesis to fix their error, and they still sent a FINAL NOTICE threatening to send me to collections. So, don't pay your copay during your visit, because they will lose your payment and then blame you for it."

"They will just try to shove a covid test down your throat. All the doctor kept repeating was "recent studies show" and make me feel extremely pressured to take the covid test, even though I came in for pink eye. Yes, I had allergies which she confirmed were due to a sinus infection (extremely common for me) but still insisted on the test. I have had covid 5 times and know how it made me feel. She did not listen at all and made me to feel belittled because I was not vaccinated and was not convinced it was Covid. "You can't just rule it out and there are different symptoms". Yes, I understand that, but just because I am on state insurance doesn't mean it should be forced upon me. I guess that means she got her money's worth out of the ordeal. And shocker, the test came back negative. I had to basically argue to get any kind of prescription besides an inhaler for the infections that SHE told me I had. I was able to "settle" for prednisone, which still isn't an antibiotic to fight off the infection. She claimed I needed to show symptoms for 14 days before being able to get prescribed an antibiotic. NEVER in my life have I heard something so absurd and I have had multitudes of sinus infections every springtime since I was about 11 years old. Her argument was so condescending to continue going back to her key phrase of, "recent studies show". I still have the sinus infection, I was never given anything for my eyes, despite being told it wasn't pink eye, and the overall experience was absolutely horrendous besides the wonderful nurse at check-in."

"Absolute joke of a clinic. The communication is HORRIBLE! Told to get x-rays and blood work in Bettendorf. Get there and after x-rays was excused. When asked about blood work was told there was no order. Asked that an Rx be sent to East Moline. Find out it was sent to Moline. Get a call to go back for bloodwork! Nothing like sending a sick person traipsing all over the place! Would have rather went to Doc from Gunsmoke, took a swig of whiskey, and bit a stick! AND if you call the phone number listed on their web page, you get the Bettendorf office. You can't call this place directly!"

"Probably the worst doctor's office I've been to. I had to call multiple times every day for a week and a half just to get them to send in a CT scan order that they sent to the wrong hospital. After I finally got the CT scan to see if I had a serious medical issue they never even called me with the results, I had to wait for the results to be posted online. Doctor might be okay but office is poorly managed. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere."

"I scheduled an appointment for a physical and of course had to wait 6 weeks as with all doctor's offices. The day before my appointment I got a call from at 4:55PM that they had to cancel and reschedule me due to staffing issues. I call the next day and am told I have to wait another 5-6 weeks to be seen. They did not even apologize. Not professional nor helpful scheduling staff."
