"The negative rating is directly related to billing. My son visited this location 7 times for physical therapy only. It is billed out as “hospital” with the total charges at $2,359.00. That is $337 per hour for stretching and not all hands on. When it is billed as “hospital” it goes against your yearly deductible and not a simple co pay. Know exactly how they will bill ahead of any services. There are other physical therapy options in the Quad Cities for sure. Legal robbery here."
