"My mom was in this facility for two weeks and it might be the worst nursing home I've been in. No one is ever present at the front desk to monitor the front door. It's dirty, the walls in the hallway have drywall patching on them but have not been painted. The food smells awful, I cannot imagine what it tastes like. My mom was there for 2 weeks and not once did anyone reach out to me as POA to discuss a care plan, laundry, anything. No one even told me that she was ready to be discharged. I literally never spoke to one person there but a therapist one time when I called her (and who is not even an allure employee)."

"This is probably the most unprofessional messy facility i have ever worked for.. the administrator lacks compassion and is very unprofessional. He picks n chooses what issues to address. Hell he creates issues that leads to good aids losing their job. He not a kind man or does he get to know his staff or residents. He definitely is someone who should not have a leadership position as he takes it too his head... hope corporate intervenes n gets him out there. He's not doing this facity no justice.."

"Allure is full of 2 faced liars. I drove transport 3 months Jun- Sept, experienced being screamed at by management employee, redneck maintenance trainer, bailed out of training, no evaluation after 90 days. I questioned transporting *mentally challenged residents, no medical certification, license, they didn't care !!!! My hours were cut under 15 a week, they lied to EBT saying, " I'm getting 25 hours. " They suck, eventually fired by design. They've a new black administrator, he's a 2 faced liar also, they don't care."
