"My mom has to jump through hoops every time she needs her prescriptions refilled. Has been calling for weeks trying to get new refills sent to the pharmacy and it’s always “we’ll send them tomorrow” & nothing! She even made an appointment thinking she needed to be seen in order to get new refills and when she got to her appointment they told her the dr wasn’t going to see her because it wasn’t time for a check up and yet again they still didn’t send new refills to the pharmacy…. VERY NEGLECTFUL PLACE"

"If you’re going to consistently make patients wait 30-45 minutes past their appointment times in the waiting area.. you should seriously consider a nursing room."

"I did not care for my visit with Dr. Camarena Andrew Christina. She walked in the room her demeanor said it all, she was in a hurry and did not want to really hear what the issues where just gave me my old prescriptions and sent me on my way. Not at all friendly. Got in quite fast that was the only good experience."

I even got a call to set me up for my mental health on the same day as my first appointment. Much better than the previous two doctors I saw at a different practice!"

"WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. This was my first time at this office. Had a phone consultation and set up a office visit. Came into office only to be told that because I had NOT had a covid test I could not be seen. I came in for anxiety. I was never told this on the phone consultation, just given a office day and time. They would not see me. They would not see the sick child infront of me either. If you are looking for the run around or to jump through all the hoops, this is the place. They can come up with any reason to not see you just to lighten the load for the day. Just push everyone off to another day, another hurdle in your recovery. I will never go back to them, to many doctors offices available to deal with unhelpful DISRESPECTFUL people that are supposed to help you. You can find better."
