Reviews of Dr. Brian D. Anderson, DO
"Dr. Anderson is a terrific doctor. His MA is also very good at her job."
"I honestly am unsure how he is still practicing, I took my newborn to him as a family dr; vaccinations were skipped without consent along with poor post circumcision aftercare leading to many issues. Oh and I had a parent pass within 1 month of being diagnosed with lung cancer after see Dr Anderson on numerous occasions with several symptoms even his blood work was off and was told to eat more red meat. (because 7 days a week isn’t often enough?) finally convinced my parents that Dr Anderson was the problem, the next Dr did a simple chest xray that lit up full of cancer! Thank you Dr Anderson for permanently damaging two men in my life, protect your family and find a Dr that actually cares!"
"Very first appointment I was told my date was the 27th so I showed up on the 27th and was very rudely told that it was supposedly on the 26th!! Even though I have a voicemail from them saying it is on the 27th! Will be going elsewhere!"
"Finding a new doctor!!!! I have many health issues and see many specialist but when I need a general doctor I can never get thru to doctor Anderson. You can't get past the front desk 1st of all, one lady every time you call it sounds like you just woke her up. But in order to speak to a nurse you have to tell the receptionist everything that is wrong that is normally after you sit on hold for them the even answer the phone then you have to sit there for 5-10 min. While she sends the nurse a email, then when the nurse gets that she MIGHT call you back but most likely not or not till their phones shut off and they go home for the day so if you have any other questions or you miss the call you are waiting till the next business day to do the whole process over again.then you have to turn around and explain the exact same thing to the nurse if and when she returns your call and then if they have to ask the doctor something they send him a email... it's like they don't speak face to face . And its a all day process just to get a aswer from them. Some days like today a multiple day process because i never heard back and i called yesterday and today at noon and when i called for a second time today of course they are already gone for the day. How awesome! 3 day process. And if you need a prescription refill and he needs to see you to refill it he just doesn't refill it and they just don't call and tell you that you need to make a appointment. Very poor communication skills going on at his office. Many friends and family that feel the same way! They don't really seem to actually care about the patient anymore and have became very commercialized."
"Dr. Anderson is very nice and professional. We have had a good rapport. However his nurses are very poor at returning phone calls and answering questions. The nurses are very hard to reach and never return messages."
