"The nurses and staff from Labor and Delivery to Mother Baby are absolutely unbelievably AMAZING!! They are a whole other breed of human to do what they do- they are absolutely incredible! They are dealing with people in their most vulnerable, painful, and emotional state and they are the most compassionate, helpful, understanding, encouraging, empowering, positive and passionate people ever. Going through labor for the first time and being first time parents we had every question under the sun and not one person ever made us feel like we were bothering them or annoyed them with our questions or calls for help. They all made us feel like we could call them anytime without hesitation. They went out of their way to explain everything in great detail, give us their personal stories and their experiences, they came ready to lend a hand every single time we asked for help and helped when we didn't even ask. They made sure every single need and care was being taken care of for every person in the room whether it be pain management, bringing us more blankets or pillows, or just to remind us the cafeteria is about to close. This simple paragraph does not do them justice but I wanted to be sure others out there knew. Thank you to Labor and Delivery - Madi, Chelsey, Amanda, and Susan.
