"Long term review. Fair and reasonable business. Rented a storage unit from them for about 2 years. Had small hiccups here and there such as price increases and charging me for next month's 13 days after move out notice, but they quickly corrected it without any trouble. Would recommend."

"So we had used Remann storage to move and store our brand new cabinets and they have been in storage over a year we have only been back one time to get something and yesterday when we came and drove a hour they locked us out of our unit . They said that our card did not go thought but it was changed and it was only the 1st we called the after hours number twice and left a message for Mark twice and he never once called back . So we had to go home and drive a hour back the morning to find out that our cabinets were damaged when we opened the unit at that point we decided to move them all and had to miss work And we are so be done with this company . You can see by the pictures how bad they are they don’t want to do anything about damages they caused.. they cracked a $ 2000 garden tub too .. They are rude people and are very high in price for what you get .do not use them !!"

"Packing. Questionable. Unpacking...they didn’t do. Shoved all boxes in 2 bedrooms. Wall to wall. Could not even put bed together properly. Broke the supports. I’m 73 my friend who is helping me unpack is 76. We spent 4 hours second day trying to find summer clothes (still have not found them). Had to go buy clothes. Some shorts and tees. Plus my Aunt died on the third day, so I had to go buy something to wear to the funeral."

"Just want to give a shout to the best movers ever... Rehmann Moving and Storage... Adrien, Sherman and Brandon. They were timely, polite, professional and efficient. They wrapped everything in shrinkwrap or put a blanket around it - they were so careful with everything we owned. They were mindful of doorways, walls, and all the pitfalls that movers have to maneuver thru to get your furniture out the door. All our belongings arrived as they left - in tip top shape!
