"This is ridiculous, I come in for an appt that was scheduled by my gastro doctor. Check in and now have been taken 2 times to the wrong place! It is past my appt time now, this is not ok at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless they specifically have it written down on where they are supposed to be."

"The staff in the ER are friendly and helpful. The wait, however, is ridiculous!!! Waiting as long as 8 hrs to be seen in some cases is just irresponsible. I understand there is a 'system' in place according to what is considered an emergency. It seems as though they don't really care about how the patients feel about spending an entire day in the waiting room, hoping to get some relief. Should people come here for the sniffles?? NO!!! I think a lot of people come here for the wrong reason. But if im advised to come here by my doctor...clearly he/she thinks it's an emergency!! I think they can do better when it comes to caring for the people who enter the ER!!"

"This place is an insurance scam. Doctors don’t care at all they do one round and the morning and won’t hear from them again nurses are very rude I spoke out about my treatment and the staff put a note on my door to tell other staff member’s not to enter my room, middle of the night I threw up all over my self and nobody came for hours even doe the people that watched the heart Monitor told the staff my heart rate was extremely high yet they ignored it And keep on with …. Worst place ever felt like I was fighting for my life to get help"

"My mother was in there from galesburg This is the best hospital she has ever been in... Galeaburg employees need to go there for more training with there employees... All the nurse on 6th floor my mother was in 610 and she didn't have one bad thing to say Not a cruel person was there everyone so helpful and had smiles on there faces. Galesburg needs to take classes"
