"This physician needs to give realistic expectations of recovery time to elderly patients. My mother, prior to hip surgery, was an energetic 89 year old woman with arthritic hip pain. Dr Cloos told my trusting mother that she could go home the same day she had hip surgery. After surgery her stay was 4 days. Then to a skilled care facility for 2 more weeks instead of home. This stress caused unrealistic and unattainable health goals. My mother was still convalescing from the surgery when she passed away 2 months later."

"It was my experience with Mr. Cloos that he had no bedside manner at all. I took my daughter there a few years back and she was diagnosed with osteochondroma which is some kind of bone breaking disease. Though most doctors say about the same that it is something she has to grow out of. Dr Cloos was very nonchalant and just didn't seem to care that my daughter was suffering. He also used words on front of my daughter like we'll um it could be cancerous but I don't know. She will grow out of it when she stops growing. That all may be true but I was always taught there's a right and wrong way to say things. His way made me feel like there was no hope because he didn't offer any solution, and as far as my daughter goes scared the heck out of her. He may have all these years of experience but he doesn't appear to be a caring doctor."
