"Horrible. WARNING: DO NOT SEE “DR” BENDA!!! Save yourself the agony and frustration. We have never seen care this bad. Dr. Benda is consistently dismissive of legitimate patient concerns, from concerns about comfort and pain levels, to patient levels of comfort in understanding nose and throat surgical procedures. He is completely disrespectful and dismissive bordering on gross negligence. Dr. Benda adopts a very unprofessional paradigm and wrongly interprets legitimate patient questions regarding i.e. “what is going on with my body and what’s going to happen with this procedure?” as threatening his supreme authority as a “doctor.” My wife expressed clear concerns about undergoing anesthesia due to prior experiences and Dr. Benda scoffed and insisted “you’ll be fine!” When similar experiences recurred and Dr. Benda’s operating room team was unprepared it became a very dangerous situation. HE DOES NOT LISTEN TO PATIENTS and this is a serious and potentially LIFE THREATENING pathology. He should have his license revoked."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. Dr. Benda has terrible bedside manner, constantly telling me my child is over weight and gonna have breathing problems if he doesn’t loose it. Told me that he could go 10 days without eating after surgery, and “it would do him good maybe to loose a little weight” Then, he proceeded to call me today and ask why I thought he was arrogant, I told him his bedside manner was bad and I didn’t appreciate him calling my child overweight multiple times. & then told me he was not wrong and I should be more concerned about it also."
