"This is my second time getting a wheelchair through Numotion. And I have been very pleased. The first time I saw Brad. And he is very good at matching you to a chair.That matches you and your needs.it has severed me well for 5 years. Dan was amazing this time! Connie was amazing! My nurse practitioner retired and we were on a big time crunch. Connie made sure everything was done on time. She went above and beyond to make sure we were good to go. Dan thought of things I had no idea they even made. And said if I wanted to try some of this. He would do his very best to get it for me.I have a bad shoulder and neck. I have used Numotion for several years now. And every single person I have dealt with has been absolutely amazing. From the ladies that answer the phone.To the technician that came out and delivered it to me. Or the ones in sales. They know what they’re doing. They listen to what you’re saying. And what you think. And what you want. And make it happen. I got my new chair last week. And I love it! There are definitely some changes. The seat sets a little higher. The wheels are lined up properly. I can feel a difference. My neck pain isn’t pinging as bad as it was. And the smoov is so easy to use! No issues at all so far. I love it! I highly recommend them. "Dylan was fantastic, he was very informative, helpful and was extremely knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. He is a gem in that company. Dylan is the only reason I'm giving 5 stars. Scheduling department is really lacking in their customer service and ability to make and keep appointments. We've scheduled appointments 3 times only to be told we were never on the schedule. Pam at the National customer service line for this company again was fabulous. She made us feel like we matter where the office scheduling made me feel like a nuisance to her day."
