"My review is based upon the purchase of a 2021 HD 48, but more specifically the salesman, sales manager and the owner who ultimately sets the tone. As an older rider at 72 I have purchased many new Harley-Davidson motorcycles, numbering around 10 since it is the only brand I choose to ride. Those purchases have involved a number of different dealers over the years, which for the most part have all been good. Describing this purchase from Lawless Harley-Davidson as good would an injustice, considering the amount of customer service they have provided. It is nice to know and a great feeling to have realizing the dealership actually appreciate one's business, a rare commodity these days. If I could vouch for them here, I would. I strongly recommend you consider them for your next motorcycle purchase. You will not regret it. EDIT 02/01/2024. Just to show you how much I like them, I purchased a new 2024 Breakout from them. "I drove 2.5 hours to buy what would be the second bike I’ve bought from Lawless. When I arrived for my appointment, the salesman I spoke with on the phone and made the appointment with, didn’t even show up. I told another guy and the sales manager that I was comparing deals on two bikes, one there and one at another dealer. I asked for the best deal they could give me knowing full well I would buy if the price was right. The kept me waiting and then came back with list price plus an insane $500+ doc fee as their best price. This is how they treat repeat customers. I’ll go buy from the other dealership. I gave two stars because this was a good, fun dealership in the past. It was a one star experience today though."
