"The day I was supposed to to move in they were closed. And I had to pay for an extra day of using the U-Haul due to unforeseen closure on my move in date. I have been calling daily since a new month started, unless y’all close every other day I’m not understanding why 3 days in a row I can’t get someone in office on the phone when the office is supposedly open 6 days out the week. I’ll be damned if I waste gas again to find out you are closed AGAIN! Will never rent here ever again. But someone need to answer cuz I been trying to contact someone to pay in cash in person not online, and no one has been available. If I get a late fee because this location chooses it’s own hours and I been tryna get in contact with someone for a week, I will Not be happy. Edit: They are cashless even on site. I had to wait a week and late fee later to find out. I had cash due to the bank holiday delaying funds, even depositing cash into my card was delayed. No one reasoned with me with a helpful solution despite all of this including the rough start to moving in NOT on my move in day. Not happy with my service and will rent elsewhere if I ever need to use storage again."

"I have been a loyal customer for years and there has been no improvements, I am not able to use anything on the facility beside the doors, the elevator( which hardly ever works), and my unit. Tenants can not access trash, use plugs, bathroom,) I asked about the consistent rising of my bill and was told it’s to pay for trash, lights, and doors. Mine you the price changed in November and four months lasted it’s changing again. My last straw occurred this week when I was locked out twice after he site manager noticed myself and my kids cleaning out our unit of 2 years and I was harassed several times being told about nose, falsely accusing my boys of urinating in an empty unit. Then as I took a load of items to the goodwill within 6 mins and returning to gather the last few items I was denied access and told I should have came to the office and told the manager I was coming back. She was in the process of throwing my table and dresser into their facilities trash; breaking both items so I could not do them and I retrieved them so my lease could be terminated for violating my lease agreement. I am outraged"
