"Dear dollar general, if you don’t trust the community, simply get out of our community. GHETTO horrible service. This location comes up as a cashapp money load center but when you get in there, they will come up with whatever excuse comes to their mind to avoid loading your card. Todays excuse from the woman with the pretty braids and blue eye contacts was “we no longer process cash app card transactions because there’s too much fraud. “ I wonder when did corporate come up with this? No signage. No structure. No order. No real managers on duty to confirm this new policy. Is this even true?? ATP, It’s not dollar general, it’s whoever is working today general."

"Always been a big time dollar general fan until today! Went into this store and the man working the register named jermaine called me to the register as I was walking into the store and asked me to leave my purse at the counter with him which he had absolutely no right doing so being I was in a hurry I grabbed the valuable items from my bag and placed it at the counter now not only having the hold the items I was buying but the items I had in my purse too. What was even more unbelievable was as I was navigating through the isles I pass by a GROWN MAN who was shockingly carrying a purse! Sorry but if your store cannot afford loss prevention then that’s not the PAYING customers problems!! Never in my lifetime will I spend any form of money on dollar general items after today!"
