"A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ! ALL OF THEM ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST...KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT, VERY HELPFUL & PROVIDE SUPERB SERVICE!! THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE FROM THE (3) PEOPLE NAMED ABOVE!! THEY ARE ALL ABSOLUTELY THE MOST QUALIFIED, PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! I've had so many problems with my iPhone 15 pro max & had lost WIFI service at the house. When it came back on, I had absolutely no ability to make phone calls or text among so many other issues. I received a message stating it was an issue with iMessage settings & eSim, just to name a few. NOR did I have ANY Cellular service either! This was NEVER properly set up months ago at the Chesterfield location & was forced to upgrade from an iPhone 13 into an iPhone 15 Pro Max. STAY AWAY FROM CHESTERFIELD FOR CERTAIN & ANY OTHER T-Mobile LOCATIONS!! All I can say is IF anyone is having an issue with their iPhone or Android, make certain to GO TO THIS LOCATION in DARDENNE PRAIRIE, MO!! YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO GET THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE & ANY ISSUES RESOLVED WITH EITHER JENNIFER, ZACH OR BRANDON!!!"
"We wanted to add ONE line and phone to a family plan, and the people at the store said we HAD to get a BOGO on the line. They said it wouldn't charge us anything. Well, they lied per normal and now we are fighting to get it removed and credit for what we were charged. The people on the phone for T-Mobile customer service can't even add two numbers that we are due a credit for. They also said we were getting a discount on my phone, and some free trackers. Well, the discount on the phone goes away when they added the fee for the trackers. And then we still end up paying a small amount for trackers on top. All phone companies suck, but Tmobile and this store especially."
"I walked into this location today fully intending on upgrading several phones on our plan. All the worker had to do was answer my question about how much the total cost would be for the upgrade. Instead, he presented to me two options, both which included additional things "on us," implying no additional cost to me. The thing is, I already went through this entire process online and knew exactly what it was going to cost me. I was just hoping to patronize a business locally instead of sending my money straight out of town. Just predatory sales tactics. My advice to anybody looking to get some phones through T-Mobile, do it online. I've always had a great experiences and no scummy and misleading sales practices."

"I had a lot of issues switching my business phones over from Sprint to Tmobile during the merger and many things have frustrated me but I will say today I really appreciated Kenny at the store going above and beyond. I walked in with a phone that was older thinking I needed to replace it and we were set on it but Kenny then noted it was a Sim Card issue and he replaced it and it worked perfect! I didn't know and he could have easily sold a new device and stayed quiet but instead he told us and suggested trying that first. If management reads this they'll be upset that he didn't try to sell something but Kenny will know he did the right thing and I'm appreciative for that and will go back to him when I have issues.
