"Let me start off by saying, my kids had an eye exam on 7/02 and it was a PLEASANT experience for them. Today 8-09-2024 I go in with my two sons to pick up their glasses. I was asked if I had the tickets for pickup, I said no. Their eye appointment was 7/02. I totally forgot about the ticket. I've never had to have a ticket anywhere else to pickup glasses. The lady goes to get the glasses and I pull out one pair to try on my 8 yr old. I noticed these aren't the glasses we picked out. She processed to tell me they are. I know they're not because I ordered the pair my oldest son had before which the frames are black on the outside and blue on the inside (he still has them at home). So the glasses for my oldest son are Pink! I said I know I did not order those. She gets up go get another pair which are the ones I ordered. After getting home and looking for a few hours I find the tickets and call back to see if she can check what glasses she ordered to go with his ticket. She said with ATTITUDE, the tickets were for her reference and they were now trash! That she ordered Blue and Black glasses but that is what the insurance company sent. The glasses had a black frame anyway! Which is INCORRECT, the frame was Black and Blue. I should have left those glasses and let her send them back. I can not be the only person that's had an unpleasant (which is an understatement) experience with this person."

"My daughter has been seeing them for years and we love this office. We have also visited the Glenville location with pleasant visit as well. We've never had an issue and never had to wait long for appointments. If I had to say a con, would be no call back when glasses are ready but I check in with them and thats not an issue for us because I know how busy medical offices can be as a nurse myself. Will continue to get eye care here for my daughter!"

"Customer service is definitely lacking here. I had to wait 3 months for an appointment. And there is no cancellation list. You need to call daily to check. So I waited. Last time I was there, I waited over an hour in the WR. Today I checked in online as required prior to my appointment. I was stuck in traffic and 10 minutes late. I was checked in on arrival. Then called back and told the tech left for the day. Clearly I intended to keep my appointment as I did online checkin. And 10 minutes? If they wanted to keep a patient, they could have at least called before deciding to leave for the day. They wanted to reschedule. No thanks!"

"Dr Oberlin and her assistant were a pleasure to be with. Both were Professional and caring. Her assistant was so personable and attentive. And Dr Oberlin was easy to understand and she gave me the most through exam! She discussed all my ongoing issues with me. I really appreciated her doing all these things and for taking the time with me. I'm so glad I discovered The Georgia eye Institute!"

"If you have a worker’s compensation claim DO NOT GO HERE!! Outsource the options cause these people do not care about your eyes. They simply care about payment. For someone to tell me that I’m cleared to go back when after getting glass in my eyes was all I needed to be bought back to reality. Moving forward I would never return to have my eyes examined by them again"
