"I lost one of my contact lens. I can’t wear soft contact lens, due to my eye condition. I have a regular eye doctor. When I retired, I lost my eye insurance. Trying to find an affordable eye insurance is impossible. I have Medicare insurance. Which only provides basic eye care. I called my regular eye doctor, I explained my situation. I asked if I could been seen without going through the entire process he normally did to track my condition. I advised them, it was my “good eye” that I needed to be replaced. They advised since it had been two years, since my last check I would have my “good eye” rechecked. I asked for the prices. For me, it was too expensive. I also learned that Dr. Piche worked Georgia Eye. Which gave confidence in my decision to see him. Since he worked at Georgia Eye I knew he would be familiar with my eye condition. I went to the office, had my exam to fit my contact. Within a week, my new contact arrived, fit was spot on. I can see normally again. A few weeks later, I received a call from Coastal Eye Center, saying they have a refund for me. I was very happy. Dr Piche saved me lots of money, his staff is very knowledgeable and like him, they are very friendly. If you need an eye doctor, go see Dr. Piche. The entire process, was so simple and stress free."
